The Kayalu KLA-5001 Eyebolt Kit provides do-it- yourself installation of a small eyelet on your kayak, canoe or boat, allowing your Kayalu accessory (Kayalite, Kayacam, Kayaball, Kayapod) to be easily clipped to and detached from any surface currently lacking an existing point of attachment.
The Kayalu KLA-5001 Eyebolt Kit includes (1) marine- grade stainless steel eyebolt, (1) matching rubber and brass wellnut, (1) matching stainless steel nut, (1) matching stainless steel washer, (1) 5/32" steel drill bit and (1) set of easy D-I-Y installation instructions.
All hardware in the KLA-5001 Eyebolt Kit is applicable for saltwater and freshwater use. The eyebolt is premium quality Type 304 stainless steel. The supplied brass and rubber wellnut expands as the eyebolt is tightened, anchoring the eyelet to the surface of attachment. Minimum recommended deck thickness: 3/16". Maximum recommended deck thickness: 1/2".
